for the development of the industry to provide effective and stable testing experience
the testing center of penglai jinglu fishery, covering an area of 400m2, has the microbiology laboratory and the physical and chemical laboratory and 15 testers. it was jointly rated as “regional testing center of export agricultural products” by shandong inspection and quarantine bureau, shandong foreign economic and trade office, and shandong provincial department of finance in december 2007; recognized as “branch center of quality and safety regionalization management detection of export agricultural products” by penglai people's government in october 2009; and accredited as the first food enterprise laboratory by cnas laboratory in yantai aquatic industry in april 2008.
the microbiology laboratory is composed of medium room, disinfection room, culture room, and sterile room. test items are generally total number of bacteria, coliforms, escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, salmonella, vibrio parahaemolyticus, vibrio cholera, listeria, and mold. the daily average detection samples amount to 100 to 120. the physical and chemical laboratories consist of precision instrument room, liquid chromatography room, chromatography room, atomic absorption room, drying room, analysis room, pretreatment room, calibration room, balance room, and medical room. the precision instruments are mostly introduced from famous enterprises in japan and the united states. the daily average detection samples reach 40 to 60.
