Are you fed up with the diets, the weight loss ads, the constant before and after pictures?
It can be so confusing. Eat this, don’t eat that. Eat small meals, don’t eat after 8pm. Do cardio but don’t do too much. Lift weights but don’t get big. Do yoga but only if it’s hot yoga and you balance and plate on your head. Okay that last one was made up but seriously, how ridiculous is diet culture?
It makes my head spin! It’s no wonder we are more dissatisfied with our bodies than ever before. But it doesn’t have to be this way.

Therapist vs Coach
So are you a therapist? Nope but that’s a great question. I am a body image coach. Therapy is amazing, it saved me and helped me heal my past. I would not be able to move forward had I not healed my therapy. Therapy is designed to help you heal your past. What I do is coaching. We work on moving forward, on looking towards the future and moving in a direction of peace. In coaching we identify things that are blocking you and holding you back from moving forward. Both are in important piece of the puzzle.
Is this the right fit for me? Only you can answer this but if you’re curious. Book a 20 minute consultation with me and we can see if it is. I’m always happy to recommend resources and help you get what you need. If even that means working with someone else before you work with me.
Do you offer refunds? I want to make sure you are 100% satisfied. That being said, I do ask for payment up front for coaching sessions. If you cannot make a session, we can reschedule, if the cancelation takes place less than 24 hours before you appointment and you do not wish to reschedule, I cannot offer a refund. There is a $20 rescheduling fee if the appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours of the original time. If you think we are not a good fit for each other, I am happy to refund you.
